I am happy to give you our highest level of satisfaction rating. When your firm first came to our offices, we had major concerns about how the business was progressing. I had serious concerns about how our business was operating and whether I had the correct partner. Sales were improving but I was running out of money. We had serious cash flow issues, bank problems, no job controls, and poor financial reporting. I was impressed with how quickly in the first week you were able to recognize the source of our problems and set about getting us into plan mode to resolve them.
We now have financial reports that make sense. We have employees that know what they should be doing and are held accountable for implementing controls, and have a new staff of dedicated and skilled employees. We have been financially restructured and our three retail stores are producing at least ten points in margin improvement across the board. Our inventories are under control, our software is improved, and I have moved with your help to another bank for base lending services.
